Are all these state department guys in the Bush administration fools themselves or do they think the whole world and more importantly the American taxpayers, are fools?

Or do these guys have a chuckle in one of the ante rooms of oval office thinking we can fool the whole bloody world that we care for the Iraqi citizens like our own babies.
